When I map a glyph to "1252 Latin 1" [one (character 49; unicode 0031)], all appears well until I save to ttf file. My glyph disapears (shows unmapped, grayed-out default) when I reopen the ttf file.
When I save to gfs and open that file, glyphs appear correct, but when I save it back to ttf... glyphs disapear & goes back to default. I was able to do it w/the free version of 3.2, but now it won't work after purchasing the full version. I'm lost on what I'm doing wrong.
BTW I'm able to map glyphs to "symbol character set" just fine.

Make sure that if you are mapping to Latin 1252, that the Symbol character set is not set to active as well (that the check box is not ticked). If the Symbol character set is active, only Symbol characters will be saved. Symbol fonts are a 'special case'. Normally you would map to Latin 1252.
