Yes the OS/2 output is version 3. The latest version in the OpenType Specifications is actually version 4. The output will be updated to version 4 in one of the next updates.
There is no way to select an older output version. Why do you require version 2?

i'm using SAP, and this ERP allow only fonts with OS/2 table version 0, 1 or 2 so when i try to add the font, i have this error :
"OS/2 table: version not 0/1/2 but 3"
-> is there an older release of your software which save in this version ?

No, there is no older release of Type light available. You could try using the free font tool called TTX: www.letterror.com/code/ttx/It decompiles a font into a text (xml) file which you can edit, then it can recompile it into a font. But I recommend that you contact SAP support to see if there is an update.
