I've created the capital letters of a new font and they display fine in both HTML and Windows font examiner. I then started on punctuation and lower case and all I'm getting is the box indicating an error in the browser, but the Windows font examiner shows them fine. The caps are still good in both places.
What could this problem be?

Sounds like the glyphs are not mapped or mapped incorrectly.
Check that the glyphs in question show as 'black' in the mapping window as opposed to 'grey' - meaning unmapped.
If that is not the problem, then you can email the font to me: allanmurray@cr8software.net to check.

This issue has been resolved - it was a browser, not a font problem.
