Hi.. If you choose ‘Large Symbols’ in ‘View’ in the Windows Explorer, the preview thumbnail of most font files (.otf and .ttf) show the letters Abg of the typeface. Here's an example: I just created a font and when I saved as otf/ttf, my font preview icon shows ∑√≠ instead of Abg. I googled first (before posting) and found the fix for fontlab (http://typedrawers.com/discussion/1174/font-preview-icons-in-windows) but can't find a fix for Type 3.2. Any idea how to fix this so my preview icon shows the letters (Abg) instead of the odd characters? Thanks! Linda

The equivalent action in Type 3.2 to what is described in the Fontlab forum, would be:
With the Mapping Window set to unicode scripts, select 2200 Mathematical Operators in the drop-down menu, then uncheck the active checkbox.
