Hi, Allan! Love the software -- everything is so easy to understand so far!
I'd like to add in a set of Stylistic Alternates to a font, and I'd like to run my FEAX by you to see if it looks right. I've based it on the "Swash" file.
# Stylistic Alternates: A-Z a-z 0-9
languagesystem DFLT dflt;
languagesystem latn dflt;
feature salt {
sub [A-Z] by [A.salt-Z.salt];
sub [a-z] by [a.salt-z.salt];
sub [0-9] by [0.salt-9.salt];
} salt;
I'd then, of course, give each glyph the appropriate PS name. (And likely map them in the PUA, so they're fully accessible in character maps.)
Should this code work? Or should I break each letter down onto its own individual line?
Thank you!!

Just one thing:
The figures should be entered individually because their glyph names are one, two, three etc (not 1, 2, 3). sub zero by zero.salt; sub one by one.salt; etc

Ah, yes, yes! Of course. But the A-Z and a-z are OK as they are, grouped in order?
Thanks!!

Yes, you can use a-z and A-Z.
