I just completed a font and installed it, but when I try to use it, it is showing Times New Roman instead of the font I created. Any ideas on why it is doing this and how to fix it?
I did shut down all of my programs and restart my computer to see if that would help. But it didn't.

Some possible causes: - Do you have a lot of glyphs missing from the font? (eg not a complete character set) - Make sure you have the checkbox for Latin 1252 codepage active in the mapping window - Make sure that the naming convention is correct. (eg Arial, Regular, Arial for family, sub family and full name).
If you are still stuck, send the font to me (allanmurray@cr8software.net) and I will have a look.

This problem turned out to be due to the fonts name being too long, causing the PostScript name (font menu/names/advanced) to be larger than 31 characters.
