I can't figure out how to insert additional nodes into a contour.
I read this in the manual: " Clicking on a node while pressing shift allows a new control point to be dragged out of the node (PostScript curves only)."
This doesn't work for me, or at least I can't figure it out. For one, I'm working on a TTF, so, maybe it's not supposed to work.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks!
(I'm a rookie at fonts, so I probably have some terminology wrong... sorry.)
p.s. Great app. I wish I had found this years ago.

" Clicking on a node while pressing shift allows a new control point to be dragged out of the node (PostScript curves only)." is how to add a 'control point' to a node that already exists.
To add a new node to the middle of a contour (PS or TT mode): Select one of the curve tools (corner curve, straight curve or straight corner), then move the mouse onto the curve until the cursor displays a small square next to it (meaning that you are on the contour). Press the left mouse button and the node will be inserted at that position.
