Glyph gets distorted when changing glyph or master outline

It seems like an action gets perfomed over and over again, when changing between one master outline and another. This happens only at certain glyphs but there every time, even after restarting the software. This behaviour gets also trigerred by running an empty action.
I am using version 3.2.050.
