Hi,
I am trying to find a best card printing software for loyalty & VIP cards.

I actually have two questions.

1. Is this software still actively upgrading?

2. Do you have extensive templates for my needs?

Support for this software is still active, and it is updated as needed (for any bugs/fixes etc).

But there is no major upgrade planned for the near future at this stage (but that doesn't mean that there won't ever be further upgrades).

No, there are no templates other than the sample templates that are installed with the software.
