Hello, Glyph groups that I have created new or loaded (menu Global—Glyph Groups...), are included in the font when save as "myfont.otf"? Or should these Glyph groups additionally write in OpenType files (menu Font—OpenType features...)?

No, glyph groups will not be saved to .otf or .ttf file, but they will be saved to a .gfs file (font/save gfs data > entire font).
Certain attributes (like groups) exist to make font creation easier, but are not actually part of a .ttf or .otf font. So the .gfs format is designed so that it will save everything while you are working on a font, then you just export as a .otf or .ttf when complete, (or for testing).

Ok. Thanks.
I use glyph groups when working with various OpenType features (including kerning). The possibility to include Glyph groups in menu "Font—Font options..." (or somewhere else), it would be very useful.
