I was wondering why my font created in the full version of Type Tool has perfect line spacing in Word and similar programs, but completely overlapping line spacing in Photoshop.
No matter what I do I can't get the line spacing to be ok in both programs. If it's ok in one, it's not ok with the other.
Help! Thanks!

I should add I used an included action to resize the font as it was too small to begin with.
The version I have is Type 3.
Thanks!

The default line spacing of a font can depend upon these metrics: hheaAscender hheaDescender hheaLineGap TypoAscender TypoDescender TypoLineGap WinAscent WinDescentand is not standard (ie varies between applications and operating systems as to which of the above are used to determine line spacing). There are several 'standard practices' to setting these values to obtain a standard spacing. (eg typophile.com/node/13081 ) but first I would try checking the 'calculate automatically' box on the metrics/advanced metrics dialog on the font menu and see what you get.
